Hi, I’m Reese Jackson — founder of Savor Training Co. Since 2017, I’ve helped restaurant teams all over the Southeast master food safety, pass health inspections, and build confident back-of-house systems.

Today, I focus on business development and growing Savor’s reach, partnerships, and impact. But the heart of the day-to-day training lies with two incredible instructors: Jon Gray and Rafiela Montes de Oca.
