Hi, I’m Reese Jackson — Founder of Savor Training Co.
In 2017, I took a leap of faith and turned my years in hospitality into a business built on one mission: helping restaurants win when it comes to food safety. What started as me walking into kitchens with a clipboard and a passion for training has grown into a company trusted by restaurant teams across the Southeast to master food safety, pass health inspections, and create back-of-house systems that run like clockwork.
These days, my role is all about vision — expanding STC’s reach, forging partnerships, and finding new ways to make an impact in the hospitality industry. But the heartbeat of our day-to-day training comes from two incredible instructors, Jon Gray and Rafiela Montes de Oca, who bring deep expertise and hands-on guidance to every client we serve.

Savor Training Co. was born out of REAL manager experiences. I spent years working in restaurants, watching good teams fail inspections over things they were never properly taught. I knew I could help — not just with certifications, but with real-world coaching that builds systems and staff confidence.
That hands-on mindset still drives everything we do. We’ve worked with hundreds of restaurants — from food trucks to multi-unit brands — to create safer kitchens, higher scores, and stronger teams.
