I started my hospitality journey back in 2011, with a local owned restaurant in Atlanta. I had very little experience but was excited to learn how it all worked. I was bit with the food bug within 6 months and knew I wanted to be a part of this industry for my entire career.
After years of working my way up through the ranks and opening restaurants as a manager, I learned the importance of food safety and how I can play a vital role in making sure the food in my area is safe to enjoy.
